Testimonials
“Matt's guitar lessons make learning to play a complicated instrument fun... His patience with teaching my five year old son to play guitar is amazing, and I would recommend him to students of any age.” - Rachel C.
“I take online lessons with Matt. He is a music theory genius and an excellent guitar player, and my guitar playing has come a long way since we first started. He's always on time and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!” - Alec S.
“Matt is an excellent teacher. Patient but strong. I had no experience and he taught me to play with confidence in a very short time. I highly recommend him!” - Julie C.
“He is an excellent teacher. My daughter is 8 and is learning how to play Ukulele. Obviously he's a very advanced player and teacher with lots of experience, but it doesn't stop him from teaching her at her pace. She loves it, and she is utterly shy. This guy's the bomb.” - Allison J.
“Our daughter requested a ukulele and lessons for her 5th birthday. We feared that she was too young to start, but Matt welcomed her with age-appropriate content and instruction.” - Nadine G.
“Matt is a great teacher. He is patient and has the ability to go wherever you want to go as a student. He also literally wrote the book on music theory for guitar! I would highly recommend taking lessons with Matt if you want to learn guitar.” - David B.
